RESPONSIBILITIES
Ultimate responsibility for the Association rests with the
Board of Directors. This responsibility is recognized by State
and Federal law. The Board is responsible for the activities
and fiscal integrity of the Association. The appropriate role
of the Board is to establish and adhere to policies which
will ensure that it fulfills its legal and professional obligations.
The Board should set the tone for dynamic and aggressive leadership.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that the needs of the memberhsip are met.

Approve and evaluate programs and activities.

Plan the CAA's future direction.

Establish policies to guide the operations of the Association.

Establish financial objectives and monitor progress.
OBJECTIVES
- Oversee successful completion of CAA's Objectives
-
Participate in bi-monthly legislative dinners
- Negotiate Management Contract/Executive Director
- Contract for Communication Services
- In conjunction with Finance and Budget Committee develop 2009-2010 budget
