  COMMITTEE POLICIES  
     
 
  • The Committees of the Association serve under the authority of the Board of Directors.
  • The Chair of each Committee is appointed by the Chair of the Board and confirmed by the Board of Directors.
  • Committee membership is open to all members of the CAA.
  • The Committee Chair shall appoint members of the Committee and designate a Vice Chair of the Committee.
  • The size of each Committee shall consist of no less than three (3) and no greater than seven (7) members.
  • Participation on the Committees is strictly voluntary and Committee members shall be expected to participate at all Committee meetings and be available for all Committee activities.
  • Committees will meet a minimum of three (3) times per year, in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meetings, and may meet more often as dictated by issues being addressed by the Committee. All materials developed by the Committees become the exclusive property of the CAA.
  • All actions of the Committees are subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
