The HR Collaborative serves as CAA’s primary advisory group on human resources regulations, proactively monitoring current and emerging requirements affecting California EMS agencies. Comprised of HR professionals, compliance specialists, and operational leaders representing a range of agency sizes, the Collaborative provides guidance, support, and practical resources to strengthen compliant workforce management, reduce risk, and enhance organizational preparedness.

The HR Collaborative meets monthly on the first Thursday @ 2:00 PM, with scheduling adjustments as needed.
