The Operations Committee supports California ambulance providers by identifying, sharing, and advancing operational best practices across the EMS continuum. Serving as a collaborative forum for operational leaders, the committee addresses emerging challenges, curates solution-focused resources, and promotes excellence in patient care, fleet management, logistics, equipment standards, and day-to-day EMS operations. The committee is composed of operations directors, field managers, supervisors, company owners, and other operations professionals representing a range of agency sizes and perspectives, with subject-matter experts participating as needed.

 

The Operations Committee meets monthly on the second Tuesday @ 10:00 AM, with scheduling adjustments as needed.
