The Education Collaborative brings together EMS educators, operational leaders, FTOs, clinical staff, and other training professionals to strengthen education and professional development across California. Serving as a discussion-driven forum, the Collaborative promotes shared learning, emerging best practices, peer insight, and continuous improvement while helping build common training frameworks and elevate educational and clinical standards to meet the evolving needs of the EMS workforce. Membership reflects a range of agency sizes and perspectives, with subject-matter experts participating as needed.

The Education Collaborative meets monthly on the third Friday @ 10 AM, with scheduling adjustments as needed.
