The Legislative & Agency Relations Committee advances the interests of California’s ambulance providers by monitoring, shaping, and responding to legislation and regulations affecting EMS. Supported by its Legislative and Regulatory Councils, the Committee brings together senior ambulance leaders—including executives, operations directors, government affairs professionals, and compliance officers—to conduct expert analysis, strengthen advocacy efforts, and ensure CAA maintains a strong, informed, and unified presence before state policymakers and regulatory agencies. Membership reflects a range of agency sizes and perspectives, with subject-matter experts participating as needed.

The Committee meets bi-weekly on Thursday at 3:30 PM, with scheduling adjustments as needed.
