The Membership Development & Services Committee mission is to develop membership in the CAA and develop services to the membership, which will enhance their company’s well being and encourage retention in the CAA. This committee is also responsible for the development and selection of special events at the annual convention.

COMMITTEE OBJECTIVES

1. Develop and implement member retention program that encourages members to attend bi-monthly meetings, respond to CAA surveys and requests for information and participate in legislative advocacy program .

2. Develop and implement membership recruitment campaign.
