A quick reminder that the hotel reservation and conference registration deadlines are quickly approaching for the 61st Annual Convention of the California Ambulance Association – “Salute to the Stars of EMS” which will be held on July 8-10, 2009 in Universal City.  In case you haven’t made your plans to attend yet, please make note of the following dates:

June 15th – hotel reservations must be made by this date to insure availability and the CAA discounted rate.  Please call the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City Hotel directly at 800-445-8667.  The CAA special convention rate is $179.00 per night, plus taxes.

June 17th – early registration deadline – be sure to register by June 17th as registration fees will increase on June 18th.
