RFP for Human Resources Consultation Services

The CAA is seeking proposals from qualified organizations / individuals to provide Human Resources guidance for CAA Members. In accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP) the services will include: Providing HR knowledge and assistance by answering general questions from members on general HR questions submitted through CAA forum or email; Training CAA Members on HR issues through webinars and live events; Tracking and reporting HR regulation, process changes relevant to the CAA as needed; Advising CAA HR Collaborative Committee on HR issues by attending the Monthly HR Collaborative Committee call to provide HR updates and answer questions; Designating a single contact within the firm as the primary representative for the CAA. Deadline for proposals is April 19, 2021.
